Tender Announcement for Equipment Procurement for Armenian Partners

The French University in Armenia (UFAR), Grant holder of Tempus TNE_QA Project 544326 “Promoting Quality and Recognition of Transnational Education in Armenia and Georgia” announces a tender for the procurement of the equipment within the following technical specifications for each item:

The supplier has to present a certificate of origin, that the offered equipment are produced in the EU Member States and/or from in the following countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Ukraine, Moldova, Belarus, Russia.

According to the EU and partner countries agreement, the equipment purchase within the framework of Tempus projects is exempt from V.A.T. An appropriate document for the V.A.T. exemption will be presented by the UFAR to be presented to Georgian fiscal authorities.
